Pre-owned Devices: Every refurbished item is backed by our 3-month Mr. Bargain warranty, covering eligible faults during the warranty period. If your item arrives faulty or doesn't match its advertised condition, contact us within 7 days of delivery for a full refund or replacement, with return shipping covered by us. 2. Security 

Our shopping cart meets the strictest PCI requirements and is audited daily. 

We do not store any customer payment information. 

Our servers are protected using Trustwave SSL to ensure the highest level of security. 

3. Our Stock 

All handsets sold are unlocked and offer the best combination of price and quality. 

4. Disclaimer 

Due to variations in stock and regional sourcing, we cannot guarantee that all specifications listed are 100% always correct, as the same model may be available in several variants. 

If you have any specific requirements, please raise them with our team, and they will check the availability of the model you require. 

5. Shipping 

Our items are shipped via Australia Post or occasionally via Toll Priority. 

We aim to process and dispatch orders promptly to ensure quick delivery. 

6. Returns

If your item arrives faulty, not working, or doesn't match its advertised condition, contact us within 7 days of delivery for a full refund or replacement, with return shipping covered by us. After the first 7 days, eligible faults are covered under our 3-month warranty. Change of mind is not accepted. Physical and liquid damage voids the warranty. See our Refund Policy for full details.

Any physical or liquid damage to the device will void the warranty and return. 

Ensure to handle and use the products as per the manufacturer's guidelines to avoid voiding the warranty.
